Shipment
All continental U.S. shipments and international orders will be free shipping via UPS, TNT or FEDEX. We will deliver your package in 2-5 business days. Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately.
Gimora cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment.
You will receive a UPS, FEDEX, TNT shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.
Customs fees change depending on the size of your order and your country. Gimora.com has no responsibility for products in customs. In this case all processes have to be completed by the customer.
Shipping Details
Please allow additional time for shipping during promotional sales. Promotional Shipping Schedule: Orders will be processed within 3 business days. As always, you will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way to you. Non-Holiday or Non-Promotional Schedule: Ground orders placed after 09:00 a.m. EST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Expedited orders placed before 12pm EST are processed the same business day. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed within 72 hours. This includes, but is not limited to Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. International orders will typically arrive in 5-6 business days.

Shipping Regions At the moment, we ship to the United States and 89 countries with no charge.
PLEASE NOTE: International shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees. If an order is placed online, but is undeliverable, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping.
